Crashed on inserting USB drive during boot, now unable to boot

After this post about my USB ports not working, I did an RMA and replaced the motherboard.
Initially, everything seemed to be working just fine. All of the ports worked, the only problem was my secondary hard drive having some issues. While trying to fix this, I rebooted several times (scan, wipe, reformat) with no issues.

Then, during boot, I inserted my bootable jump drive. The system immediately shut down. After this event, I cannot boot at all. The system seems to power on just fine, but there is no POST or error code on the board.

Troubleshooting:
  • Resetting CMOS (battery and button)
    Cleaning USB ports
Booting with no ports attached to headers
Booting with nothing attached but power, CPU, memory and fans, using the onboard power button
Specs:
  • Motherboard: EVGA P55 SLI
    PSU: Antec True Power 750
    CPU: Intel i5
    RAM: 4x 2GB Kingston Hyper Blu DDR3
    GPU: GeForce GTX 480
Drives: Crucial M4 256GB SSD, WD 500GB HDD, Asus DVD
Any help or input would be much appreciated! I'm out of ideas, and really hoping that I didn't somehow manage to fry another board...

I did, yeah. I have also used it plenty of times on my laptop, with no issues whatsoever.
