Either option 1: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Intel-Core-I7-4770-1tb-8gb-16...

Or option 2: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Intel-Core-I7-4770-1tb-8gb-16...

Which case has the better cooling and sound, and which overall is better (keeping in mid these are both high end PCs with powerful CPUs and GPUs

Corsair case is best, the cx series psu is not that good.

Frankly it seems like a too good to be true price. Would not be suprised if they dont send you a computer with much chepaer internals, refurbished parts, or not even send you anything at all.

They are both the same components only the cases are different. The Corsair Carbide is the better choice for the case.

I responded to another question recently similar setup, massively cheap machines, with 37k feedback they've got to be doing something right, i'd be tempted for the 780ti, and sell the bits.

You could get the deal and buy a separate power supply and keep the CX 600 for another casual usage pc build or as a backup psu tester or sell it. Note it doesn't include an OS.

Guys don't worry, this is a limited time DISCOUNT), so the price is over £1000 usually
So is option 2 good then?
