To elaborate on the title, I am building a new rig and i have started to edit and render videos. So i was wondering which would give me better rendering times in Sony Vegas? I am rendering at 1080p @ 60 fps.

This is just a simple question that i can't seem to get an answer to because most other posts are about gaming and not rendering where these cpu's thrive.

Or would a FX-8350 do just fine?

I would not get the 780ti if you want to use it for Sony Vegas. A 290x would serve you better, going by the benchmark listed.
1. A 9590 is only a overclocked 8350 that is barely any better.
2. For any sort of memory intense task, INtel wins.

That being said, the I7 4770K is better in every single way. However if you are looking to save some money, the 8350 AMD will serve you well.

Just curious what speeds i would get with the evga 780Ti Classy i am getting? And so jusst to make sure, the FX-8350 is the good for my needs and i will be overclocking both.

Out of curiousity, how come only around the titan range, it really doesn't matter. Jus that the 780 does better than the titan.

"Lower is better".

The titan and 780 ti, is almost the same GPU. The 780ti is the full "unlocked", it feature more cores, faster memory and so on.

However the titan have some few workstation features that might help.
