Hello guys im upgradeing my pc currently i have:
i5 3570k
AsusVgene
Geforce 760gtx
And i want to upgrade my ram
currently i have a kingston Hyperx 4gb 1600mhz.
my question is should i get rid of this module and buy 4gb modules with more frec? or 1 module of 8gb with more freq and then upgrade to 16gb insted of 8gb. Is not about the money i just dont want to buy things i dont use. i only play games atm

Best to get get a single package of the amount you want, that way they are guaranteed to play together, getting DRAM out of different packages, there is no guarantee, it can be and often is problematic

but i want to know the best combo if i get the 8gb i will get 1 now and 8more later if i stay with my 4gb at 1600 i will buy 2 more modules, but i want to know what is the best for gaming, i dont overlock my pc
