Hackintosh with capacity

I'm planning on building a powerful Hackintosh that run with windows in parallels with. I will be buying this:

It's a norwegian site but the components have their original names.

I'm wondering what CPU I should buy with it, if there is anything I should change on the list I've already made, feel free to comment on that too. I've chosen Intel socket, but I'm open to AMD and other intel sockets as well

im just going to point out that the k series of processors from intel are actually lacking a virtualization feature found in their non-k processors.

If your going to be overclocking than get a k series, if your not than the non-k series is just fine and will save you some money.
Now for gaming the i5-4670k is the best now for multi-tasking you could go with the i7-3770k and it'll do you good.
