Hi there,
I am a 3D Animator and a VFX Artist, and I am a huge game lover , and I want to play Watchdogs and GTA 5 on my PC.

Softwares I use:

3DS Max, Maya, After Effects, and Nuke (later on ZBrush also).

Things needed in my budget:

1). Intel i7 Processor Unlocked.
2). Graphic Card. (supports 3d rendering and play games also)
3). CPU Cooler.
4). Motherboard.
5). Power Supply Unit.
6). Ram 16-32 G.B.
7). Good Cabinet supports USB 3.0
8). SSD 120 G.B.

Note: I don't do much rendering so suggest me a good graphic card for games and do good Rendering also like Nvidia Quardos.

Your build should look something like this:

CPU: i7-4770k - http://www.flipkart.com/intel-3-5-ghz-lga-1150-4770k-i7...
Mobo: Asrock Fatality Z87 motherboard - http://www.flipkart.com/asrock-fatal1ty-z87-professiona...
RAM: 16GB (2x4gb) DDR3 1600mhz or higher @ 1.5v - http://www.flipkart.com/g-skill-ripjawsx-ddr3-16-gb-2-x...
Case: Corsair Carbide 300R - http://www.snapdeal.com/product/corsair-carbide-300r-cp...
PSU: Seasonic M12II-620 620 Watts PSU - http://www.flipkart.com/seasonic-m12ii-620-620-watts-ps...
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212X or Evo - http://www.flipkart.com/cooler-master-hyper-212x/p/itmd...
SSD: Samsung Evo 120gb SSD - http://www.flipkart.com/samsung-840-evo-120-gb-desktop-...
HDD: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1 TB - http://www.flipkart.com/wd-blue-wd10ezex-1-tb-internal-...
GPU: Sapphier R9 280x - http://www.flipkart.com/sapphire-amd-ati-radeon-r9-280x...

The total is 100,500 RS but you may be able to find cheaper parts by shopping around or going to local suppliers.

Also, I believe that the gtx 770's cuda cores would be better for your 3d modeling but that costs about 3-5k RS more than the r9 280x.

Edit: Obviously, the Quadro or similar workstation cards are better for rendering/modeling but they are seriously lacking in gaming power, not even sure they can be used for most games.

Thank you Boss, but my main problem is only and only GPU. its very hard to select the one, and after that I updated my budget to near about R.s. 40000 for the GPU.

and sorry for the late reply actually I was out of town.

R9 290 (35,535 RS) - http://www.flipkart.com/sapphire-amd-ati-radeon-r9-290-...

Gtx 780 (42,500) - http://www.flipkart.com/galaxy-nvidia-geforce-gtx-780-g...

I would probably get either the r9 290 or the r9 280x posted in the earlier build. The R9 290 should handle any game you throw at it ultra settings 1080p. The 280x would take care of almost any game, only the most graphically intensive games will give it any trouble. Nvidia GPUs seem overpriced in India, otherwise I am a fan of the Nvidia GPUs.

Edit: regarding the r9 290 Sapphire Tri-X, the r9 290 is know to be hot so the tri-x takes care of keeping it cool, it is a pretty good price for that card too.

Both the AMD and Nvidia cards are about equal, the only thing that you should consider is if your programs use CUDA cores. If they do then you would want to go with a Nvidia Card (since only Nvidia has CUDA cores).

If you wanted to go for a Nvidia Card the gtx 780 is a good option or this one if you need to drop the budget a bit:
