Best 650w modular PSU

I need a new 650w modular PSU because my current one (http://) has a broken fan, causing my computer to restart itself whenever I play games.

I only had it for ~a year and a half so I'd like some recommendations on some more reliable PSUs as I know next to nothing about which one to go for. I don't necessarily have a price range, but I'd like one that has good bang for my buck not the most expensive.
