I want a Mac for Logic Pro but since I already have a good PC I thought it would make more sense to at least ask if my computer could get a few changes and then run osx on it.

My current PC:
cpu: i7-4770k
graphics card: Radeon 7870
ram: G.skill 8gb
mobo: MSI z87-g43 gaming
ssd: Samsung 840 120gb evo
hdd: 3tb Toshiba
psu: corsair cx750m

The only thing I'm pretty sure I'd need to change out is my motherboard. Is there anything else I need to change to be able to run osx?

Gigabyte motherboards are normally best for hackintosh, you might be better to check some hackintosh specific forums, Google will help. The CPU is Intel, which is much more compatible than AMD. The RAM, SSD, PSU and HDD don't make any difference AFAIK. The only thing to check would be the GPU, a quick Google will reveal that apple recently added a kext with support for the 7000 series, so I think that should be fine.

Other than that I recommend you look up some basic guides to hackintoshing, and find resources particular to your components, which you should be able to find online.
