I've been looking for 32GB RAM for my i7-4770 desktop and I found this article: http://goo.gl/h41Q3R showing some aggressive overclocking with the 1600 Ripjaws up to 2400mhz+. Has anyone had this kit overclock this well?

I would guess they had a an exceptional set of sticks, I'd say 2133 is more like an average top OC, but never know....and looks like the opposite on the Tridents, I've run a number of sets of the 2400 sticks and yet to find a set that couldn't easily run 2666 at 1.65 and find it a bit funny that they talk about trouble with the Tris and big coolers because of the height of the sticks, particularly in note of the fact that they show a stick w/ the heatsink off and yet - they don't mention the Tris top fin is easily removed (simply remove 2 small screws , one at either end) - wish they would have actually posted some results rather than just say they did this or that, makes you wonder.......

Yeah I was quite skeptical. 2133 OC would be nice bonus but for my purposes upgrading to more RAM is the main point.
Either way I just ordered them for the decent price.

Thanks for your input!
