Hi I'm just looking around, and having difficulty in choosing a new motherboard. I'm not quite sure what I need in terms of mobo. I got a cheap one (I will list my parts below) that has run semi well, but has caused a few problems. As I can't shut it down properly, needs to be in sleep mode as a power cell or whatever is faulty. And a few device problems. Along with that I was wanting to update my PSU, which is just..too loud and I need more slots for my HDDs/SSDs/Disk drives

What I have now is

GA-970A-DS3P Motherboard (Wish to change)
Corsair 600W ATX12V PSU (Wish to change)

Other parts are

AMD FX-8350 4.0GHz 8-Core
Asus GeForce GTX 760 2GB DirectCU II
Corsair Vengeance LP 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1600
Seagate Barracuda 3TB 3.5" 7200RPM
Crucial M500 240GB 2.5" SSD
Housed in a Corsair 200r

If anyone can help with semi cheap I'm willing to pay up to £100 maybe more if it's super for the mobo and anything that's silent and doesn't sound as terrible as the Corsair for the PSU.
Both of these components have caused so much hassle I wouldn't mind a little opinion on what to get instead. Thanks.
