Well games are beginning to have multi-core support , so you may find that the FX 8350 may be the same or better than the performance of the i7 860 in these games. But if budget right now is low, gpu upgrade is better since you will need a new cpu and motherboard. You can wait for the Broadwell cpu with a 9 series intel chipset motherboards or use the Haswell Refresh cpu.

Ah i see, Since the i7 860 is pretty old i would think, But i guess the 860 is still a very capable processor

Yes i was thinking of that actually :) Ill wait for the new line of cpu either intel or amd, Im really looking towards amd this year.
