Not for current games. Both would need to be upgraded as far as things go. The Graphics card more so than the CPU. But that also depends on what you want to play. Do you have a budget on what you are willing to spend on upgrading your system for gaming?

Agreed. Also, because of ram requirements, watch dogs would not even allow you to start it.

You need to have a minimum of these specs if you want to run modern games:
- 8 core amd or i3 intel CPU
- GTX 660 or AMD R7 260X graphics card
- 8 to 12 GB of 1600 RAM

If i only change graphic to Nvidia Geforce GTX 650 2gb gddr5 , my gaming will be better? Or I need to change processor too? Like i3.

That's not a very accurate minimum. You'd get medium-high settings in anything with those parts. Also, it's not very consistent, because the GTX 660 is much stronger than the R7 260X. The R7 260X is weaker than a GTX 750 TI, which is weaker than a GTX 660.

Minimum specs for new games at minimum/low settings are more like a GT 640 or R7 250, with an FX-4100 or Pentium G3220, and 4GB of 1333Mhz RAM.

Well by minimum, I meant my minimum. Gaming on low settings is a terrible thing to have to do, haha.

The problem is, since your system is decently old, anything in your system that you replace will just be bottlenecked by the parts you didn't replace. Replace the gpu with a 650, and the cpu won't be able to keep up, so your system will hold it's self back to the cpu's max performance level. When you have that old of components it really is a "starting from scratch" situation. You should just save up for a new system as opposed to piece meal one together and notice no real performance improvement until the last piece is replaced.

That hits the nail on the head.

OP, it's no good replacing a single component in a very old PC as something else will hold it back. You need to start from scratch.
