Here is what I'd consider below. I have included the good Corsair 200R, but you can put whatever case you like (just as long as it can hold the GPU):

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

CPU: Intel Core i5-4460 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor ($184.99 @ NCIX US)
Motherboard: ASRock Z97 PRO4 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($118.91 @ Newegg)
Memory: G.Skill Ares Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($75.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Crucial M500 240GB 2.5" Solid State Drive ($109.99 @ Amazon)
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($54.44 @ Amazon)
Video Card: XFX Radeon R9 290 4GB...

I should have said these are my specs CPU
AMD FX-8350
Vishera 32nm Technology

RAM
8.00GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 797MHz (11-11-11-28)

Motherboard
Gigabyte 2AC8 (CPU 1)

Graphics
HP 2511 (1920x1080@60Hz)
2048MB ATI AMD Radeon HD 7570

Storage
1862GB Seagate ST2000DM001-1CH1 SCSI Disk Device (SATA)

Optical Drives
DTSOFT Virtual CdRom Device
DiscSoft Virtual SCSI CdRom Device
hp DVD-RAM GHA3N SCSI CdRom Device

What do you think i can keep

You can keep:

* CPU - it should perform quite well and is still pretty good (save your $ for other upgrades).
* RAM is okay. It is 1600 mHz w/CAS 11 timings, which is a bit slow, but shouldn't affect too many things.
* Mobo is okay. You could upgrade it if you like, but it should do for most things.
* GPU desperately needs to be replaced. I would opt for the R9 280/280x/290 if I had to pick one (which ever fits your budget and assuming you get a new PSU to power it).
* HDD is a 2 TB sized HD w/7200 rpm speed, so it should be good for a Data drive. I would consider opting for an additional SSD of at least 240-256 gb's of size for your Boot/Games/Apps drive. This will give some peppiness in and around the OS and make the system feel quicker.
* DVD you can keep if you need/want it.
* Upgrade your case and PSU (at least 550-650w quality PSU from Antec, Corsair, Seasonic, PCP&C, or XFX).
* I'd also consider getting an aftermarket CPU/HSF to go with your CPU, so you can keep it cooler/quieter or even to OC it down the road, when/if you feel you need a bit more CPU power.

So what card do you think i should go with? XFX Double D R9 290 or XFX RADEON R9 290

Whatever you do, don't get the GPU that has this cooling below:

So of the 2, I would get the XFX Double D, if it was up to the two options.
