Need help with some game's FPS

Hello!

I was wondering what FPS I would get if I play some games on my specs. Speaking of specs, here they are:

-Intel Core i3 3120m with HD Graphics 4000
-6GB Ram
-750GB HDD

I'm pretty sure those are all the specs that matter, so now: how many FPS would I get while playing these games?

-Call of Duty: Black Ops 2

-Battlefield 3 Multiplayer

-Battlefield 4 Multiplayer

-Titanfall Multiplayer

-MW3, MW2, MW1

CoD BO2, BF3/4: Probably low-medium on ~30-50 FPS w/ lag
Titanfall: Low, 30 FPS??
MW3: Probably low-medium ~30-50 FPS
MW2, MW1: Medium on 40-60 FPS

wont run BF4
Black ops 2 - 25-45on low
BF3 - 20-30 on low
Titanfall - 20-25 on low
Mw3 - 25-45 on low
Mw2 - 45-50 on low
Mw1 - 45-50 on low

Get a new pc...

If you didn't see stuff, his settings are on low, except for most other settings. :3

25+ FPS would be a playable framerate.

He says he gets 25-30 FPS, so why is it so laggy? That there's like 5-10 FPS.

Check 0:05.
You could play BF4 with EVERY setting on Low.
