I'm not overclocking, I'm running at the stock 3.5GHz
44 degrees Celsius normal load
59 degrees Celsius heavy load
My thermal paste is arctic silver 5. Well I actually am using the hyper 212 evo as my cooler. Sorry I forgot to mention. Are those normal temperatures and if they're not what can I do to fix it?

Solution
it is pulling hot air from the fin but we have better result in the cooling pushing fresh air to the fin so this will push hot air out to the back fan and reduce cpu temp .

I have one 120mm intake on the front and one 120mm outake on the back. I have the cpu cooler faced right toward the outake. I have the PSU fan pointed downward because my case is raised with feet to breath. My GPU fan is built in and it just takes the heat right out the back of the pci expansion slots.

you wont be able to push down the fan all the way it will hit the top of the ram until you could get low provile ram you have to stay with those temp , for the cooling paste i use the arctic cooling mx2 or mx4 ,my room temp is 23.5 c now and the hang around 25.5 c

What's wrong with the direction my cooler is faced in? It takes the heat out right?
