The hard drive was dying, so I made a backup with Acer Backup Program, then bought a new HD to replace. Best But Geek squad did the replacement and reinstalled Win 8 and Office application. I can't restore from my backup, because I do not have the Acer software anymore. Can anyone help? (Acer does not respond, Best buy won't touch it because of proprietary software.
