drop the i7 and get an i5 instead, like the i5-4430. with the ~$100 or so you saved up, get a better PSU. the Corsair VS series isn't even 80+ certified; http://www.realhardtechx.com/index_archivos/Page447.htm

consider a PSU in tier 2; http://community.newegg.com/eggxpert/computer_hardware/...

you should have some cash left to afford a better GPU, maybe an R9 270X.

The 750 Ti is really only good if you are trying to run it on a low wattage system. For that range of price a Radeon R7 265 is better and I suggest as above to lower the CPU to an i5 and put the money towards a 270X.
