i recently bought a motherboard and a processor and re installed windows 7 and my computer is running pretty slow. i open task manager and under my resource monitor is says that NT Kernal & System is running 17 percent average. have looked up several threads but no luck i cannot seem to fix it. i have checked my drivers and they are up to date. scanned for viruses and nothing. any help would be much appreciated
