My SSD is fast and boots in 5-7 seconds when I bought it which is more than a year ago.

After a few months, it becomes slower and takes 12-15 seconds to boot.

I found this SSD Optimization Guide and did all the steps except for a fresh install as I have lots of stuffs there.

This is the result I got from CrystalDiskMark:

Sequential - Read 415.3MB/s - Write 157.5MB/s
Random 512KB - Read 378.4MB/s - Write 147.7MB/s
Random 4KB, Queue Depth = 1 - Read 20.81MB/s - Write 60.35MB/s
Random 4KB, Queue Depth = 32 - Read 110.7MB/s - Write 115.3MB/s

The tech spec of Corsair Force GT 120GB I got from Corsair website is:

555 MB/s sequential read — 515 MB/s sequential write

which makes a big difference.

I have 58.4GB free of 111GB now which is about 47% used and is this the thing that slows down my SSD?

See, we can't be going through the guide which you have posted here, mainly because we have our own experiences and secondly, the guides have all the same stuff.
Although 2 main things that people mostly skip are, checking if the Pagefile is on that disc and secondly the clutter that windows accumulates over time making it slow in itself irrelevant of the type of HDD used.
Plus the increasing size of the registry.

Checklist:
Pagefile should not be existent on the SSD.
Firmware should be the latest.
Registry ought to be clean from all redundant entries, third party software needed for that.
AHCI ought to be on.

And one thing to keep in mind is you can expect a deterioration of the SSD over time, again need to check the health of the SSD using a third party tool.

Pagefile is already disabled.

Yep, latest.

I'm afraid to clean the registry with CCleaner. Perhaps you can suggest me a program or I can use that and is it 100% safe?

My SSD is on AHCI since it's installed.

I use CrystalDiskInfo, the health is 100%.

I've disabled the services and startups that I don't need in msconfig.

Thanks. Does it speed up the read & write speed or just when booting? Cuz my sequential speed isn't that good too.
