my PSU is of 250w but the graphic card which I want (Sapphire AMD/ATI HD 7770 1 GB GDDR5 Graphics Card) requires 450w. Is there any I can run it without buying a new PSU?

And if not how can I run it on an external power supply???

THANK YOU!!

Alright, let me put this into perspective. You want to run a 6 cylinder mercedes but you cant afford petrol.
It comes up all the time; I sympathize.
Before you can run you have to learn to walk and that means buying a decent quality branded power supply.
You are stuck in the swamp until you do.
