Please help me,
When i go on Battlelog and click join server, like i normally do, when it up loads the game it will just freeze. When it freezes i can see the map of the game that i was going to play, i can only see the map and nothing else, and my mouse but my mouse is very slow and laggy. Then i have to resort to CTRL+ALT+DELET and if the that doesn't work, pressing the restart button on my pc.
I have tried updating the graphic card drivers, i tried to find someone else that has the same problem, tried running compatibilities trouble shooter. i tried all of these with no success.
Feel free to ask me any questions and i will answer to the best of my abilities.

OS: windows 8.1 64 bit
Directx 11
Processor: Intel core i5-4440 @ 3.1ghz Quad core
RAM: 8 GB
I have normal battlefield 4 (no premium)
