How do I change my computer back to normal?

My friend was on my computer the other day, and now everything is black and purple. My chrome, my skype and every app I have on my computer. How do I change this back?

right click on your desktop and click personlaze, a box will pop up with your desktop themes in it. select 1 and you should be back to normal.
it sounds like he changed it to 1 of the high contrast themes for sight impaired people.
