First off, you are being ripped off. Those are the worst prices I have ever seen. Go to Newegg.com, and look at the components. Purchase them there.
Second off, do not get a 2GB 770. Get the 4GB model. Or, get an AMD r9 290. You want more than 2GB VRAM.

No, he wants to mod skyrim heavily. Those textures eat VRAM like its nothing. More than 2GB is going to help him.
