Hello I am working as IT Admin in a office.Our network uses star topology.But i am having some strange issues.
We have a firewall and than after that using swicth we share connections for pc's.But the problem is that sometimes the connection gets disconnected for only 25-30 seconds and a no connectivity icon is displayed in windows taskbar.
This is not often frequent but it happens like say 1 time in 6-7 days but also it not for sure that this happens
Does anyone also faces this issue?What could be the issue?We are using sonicwall.Does it requires firmware update?I have already updated the firmware for my managable switch
