Go for the Asus bro, im not stating that asrock is no good but Asus is a well known and established brand when it comes to motherboard no one else comes close to them. superb Design excellent aftersales support
wide variety of motherboard solution: from entry level - mid range - enthusiast level. the only problem you will have with them is that after a year a new design/ platform will be released and it'll outshine the one that you have
btw: avoid MSI those guys have the worst aftersales support. i have a ticket opened 3weeks ago. never heard/ rec. any emails from them until now
