The Intel HD 2500 is slightly better than the GT 210, but whether it'll give you more frames in game play I'm unsure of.
Personally I would purchase a better graphics card; it doesn't have to be expensive either. I purchased a GTX 260 recently, and although it's an old card, I was able to pick it up cheap, for £40 and it plays most games I've thrown at it at full graphical settings (GTA IV, NFS: Most Wanted 2012 and CoD: MW3.)
You could get a cheap similar card, but AMD maybe able to offer you something better in that price range and more modern. However I've not been keeping up to date with AMD/ATI cards, so unfortunately I cannot assist there.

Get a proper graphics card. We can recommend one, just need to know what PSU you have and what your budget is.
