I need advice for GPU

I am buying new GPU,I am thin with budget so I can choose between AMD Radeon R9 270X ASUS 2GB GDDR5 or VGA GeForce GTX660 Gigabyte OC 2GB DDR5.I need gpu for gaming.
It will go in Asus z87-pro motherboard,i5 4670k with 2x 2GB RAM(latter will add 2 more moduls with 2GB)

I know,that would be my choise without a doubt,but I live in sh.ity Serbia,difference bettwen those gpus and 760 are 50Euros,currently I cannt afford that.Market is also sh.ity,95% shops selling the same items.I am verry short with choices so I can only choose between those 2 gpus

My budget is about 200euros,but as I said I live in Serbia :) I cannt order it via ebay or anyother site cuz they dont ship it to Serbia + I dont want to risk with our customs,they are professional thieves,they can make tax as many as they want so its not an option
