gtx 660 sli vs gtx 770

Solution
GTX 660 SLI has more performance, but it also needs more power, produces more heat and has incompatibility and driver issues.

I was thinking about selling my 660 and buying a single 770, but decided to get a second 660 when I saw a great deal on one ($159 Newegg Open Box). I just installed it last night and 0 regrets were had. Maxed Planetside 2, and haven't seen a drop below 57FPS.

I have a 750W PSU, and they're in a NZXT H440, so they have plenty of power and cooling to work with.. The hottest card has been the top card, but that hasn't gone above 67c during the heaviest gaming when the ambient temp in my room was pretty high already (the bottom card is a consistent 5-10c cooler).

So, if you already have a 660, a PSU that can handle two of them easily, a decent motherboard, and good airflow then I highly recommend buying another for SLI.
