That's a good base build- decent motherboard, CPU, Ram and PSU...

Only thing is the GPU is a bit weak compared to the rest of the system, if you had a bit more budget to spare I'd suggest looking at (in order of performance):

R9 270X, GTX 760, R9 280, R9 280X or GTX 770 (last 2 are about equal)... If you haven't got the money to upgrade beyond a 660 though then I think the build is good (and you can always look at a faster GPU later, rest of the machine should be fine).

Ok ty for your suggestions . Just remind me what if the gpu is weakly for the systems ? Will it slow down sth ?

I'd try to go for a better PSU, maybe a Tier One or Tier Two. That PSU is ok for the set up you have currently, but if you want to upgrade look into a higher quality PSU. Also you might consider going with ( 2x4GB) sticks of ram as it is a bit faster. As cdrkf stated you might want to go with a better GPU paired with that i5.

If your budget is limited you could go with a fx 8320 and pair it with a nice GPU.

It won't slow down the system, it will just have a harder time playing games at ultra settings. It will play them med-high, but for the price of the 660 there are better cards available such as the 270..

Definitely do 2x4gb ram rather than 1 stick. You have a dual channel CPU. Otherwise the build looks fine.

The GPU is the most important thing for *games* performance, although it needs a good base system to support it. You're build is fast enough to support any GPU you want really, so it's just a case of how much you want to spend and what settings you want to game at.

For gaming at Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) then the GTX 770 or R9 280X are ideal as you should be able to play anything on max settings.
