My psu cables are touching the rest of my hardware

My psu is vs 650w corsair my case is pretty small acer predator g3620 the biggest 24 pin cable i think is going thru my two ram sticks and its touching them one is on the top of my hdd and one on the heatpipe of the gpu is this bad also one is on the stock cooler and while gaming the temps of the 770 msi oc goes up to 60-74 is this normal do i need a new case?

Touching cables not big issue unless they are putting any stress on other components.

You don't mention all of your hardware, but I would replace heatsink with good 3rd party model, such as the Hyper 212 EVO and you will see a drop in temps.

Can you fit any case fans ?

I have only one case fan il get corsair 300r if its good
