Formatted Used Harddrive not showing in my computer

Ive had my TB hard-drive for about 2 years and it has been used in all my installs of OS's and as i recently installed Windows 7, it hasn't shown up in my computer, its not hidden because it is empty, as it has about 800gb worth of files on it.

But when i go into device manager, its there!

I need help

Pic Or One of my HDD's in My Computer and the other 1TB one isnt:

P.s HDD ALSO shows up in BIOS

Well I see the disk there but it has no drive letter. Right-click on the 1TB drive in disk management (where it has the stripes under the blue bar in the window as shown in the picture) and select the option to assign a drive letter
