i have a 512 kbps unlimited broadband..and i just got bf3 on origin and i need 1 more day to download it.i saw some servers in battlelog. lowest pings were from 160-200 are those playable pings..i currently am living in indian..there are no indian servers so the lowest i get servers are from singapore or hongkong

Ideally, you want a ping anywhere from 1-130. Anything above that will show signs of lag, especially when you start hitting pings above 250. I would suggest a faster Internet connection if possible. Playing local games won't be a problem, but playing online multiplayer games draws on your connection to the internet. Your connection is the reason for your high ping rate.
Once you factor in other players and their connection speeds, it will only degrade your connection more. Your connection should ideally be running on a 56 mpbs network connection with dedicated ethernet line (Minimum Requirement for online play).
Considering that you're connecting to servers in Signapore and Hong Kong, your connection speeds aren't that bad.
