CPU: I don't know why you are choosing a CPU released in June 2012. The newer version is faster and doesn't have as bad heat issues as the 3570k. Also, the 4670k is essentially the same price as the 3570k.
GPU: I chose a good GPU that keeps you around the same final price of the build. Yet, this GPU will let you try out other games in the future and comes with 2 free games.
Mobo: The one I chose is cheaper but still excellent. It has lots of nice features and excellent performance.
RAM: Cheaper and just as...
In that case, I'd skip overclocking the CPU. Also, you could save money and just get a 7200rpm HDD and record onto the SSD. For LOL and Minecraft you don't need to spend much on a GPU.

Well currently i record at a HDD 500 gb and it is ok so yeah 1T is good . A friend of mine says that Sapphire kinda sucks so he suggests this http://it.pcpartpicker.com/part/asus-video-card-r9270xd... and a better case for better cable management and airflow , future upgrades are really importand as well!

I updated my build kinda late. Sapphire does not suck. I am extremely impressed with mine. I have only owned MSI GPUs and this Sapphire one is just as good. As mentioned, you don't need a 270x for minecraft and LOL. A 265 is plenty. And it saves you money. As for case, don't get the CM 431 Plus. I had it and cables were a nightmare. The case I listed is good. And since you are worried about upgrades. I upped the PSU to 550W. This could even handle a 770 instead of a 265.

CPU: Intel Core i5-4670K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor ($219.99 @ Amazon)
Motherboard: MSI Z87-G45 Gaming ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($133.98 @ SuperBiiz)
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1866 Memory ($76.98 @ OutletPC)
Video Card: Sapphire Radeon R9 270 2GB Dual-X Video Card ($152.98 @ Newegg)
Case: Thermaltake Chaser A31 Snow White ATX Mid Tower Case ($68.95 @ Amazon)
Power Supply: SeaSonic 520W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply ($68.98 @ SuperBiiz)
Optical Drive: LG GH24NS95 DVD/CD Writer ($21.74 @ OutletPC)
Total: $743.60

EDIT. One thing I should mention. Nvidia has good video recording software but I have never used it. Also, I'm not sure if it would work on a AMD gpu.

Wow this is really good i think i will choose this one! But i will look into it a bit more ask around couple of friends and i will let you know! Also thanks a LOT for you help and time!

Glad to help. I'm just trying to give you the best build for your needs and for your budget.

Low Profile RAM is good for when you have 4 sticks and one of them might get in the way of the CPU heatsink/fan. If you are worried about clearance then get the Sniper series. G.Skill makes excellent RAM.

There aren't any compatibility issues. The only thing I'd be worried about is the far shipping. If something doesn't work you gotta wait a long time to get it back. However, the case I'd try to buy locally since it is heavy.
