What should I upgrade first, and do you recommend I upgrade to?

My PC Specs:
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-4130 CPU @ 3.40GHz
Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650
Memory: 4.1 GB

This is primarily used for gaming

GPU first, then RAM (to 8Gb) then CPU (an i5 can go in your motherboard).

If you arent sure what PSU, its probably junk, in which case you will probably need to do that before GPU.

Budget - Not sure yet
4.1 GB of Ram
Motherboard: H81M-DS2
PSU: Not quite sure, Can't be bothered checking.

Which one of the three I put up do you feel needs upgrading the most? (CPU,GPU,RAM)

GTX 750ti, if you cannot afford a PSU upgrade. If PSU is handling current gpu, you will be fine with that. Then go with 8gb of ram. You would have a pretty solid budget gaming rig then. If you then want more on the cpu side, make sure your bios is up to date, then go with an i5 4460 or a Xeon 1230v3 for i7 performance.
