Problems while copying to Flash Memory.

I have a Flash Memory 7.45 GB precisely (Kingston Data Traveler G3 USB Device) .When I copy some files which their total size are bigger than 5GB, it copies them slowly somehow and when it starts to copy the last GBs it freezes for some time and after that, it says that the Flash Memory's Location doesn't exist ,in another word it's unplugged from my PC (and when I go to check that, I find it really unplugged). After that, when I open it, my PC lags and freezes until I unplug it from the PC.

Notes:
1- I formatted it more than one time.
2- I scanned it and found no viruses.
3- I defragmented it and there was no fragmented files or anything.
4- I used the ChkDsk and chose both options and it said there was no problem.
5- I want it NTFS but the copying is also slow like Fat32.

Now, please tell me how can I fix this problem and
what allocation unit size I should choose for it.
Thanks.

I'm not talking about ( The Maximum File Size ). I'm talking about ( The Total Size Of Files ).
I know that Fat32 can't handle a file bigger than 4 GB.

If you try the NTFS format, I think the G3 USB may have problem or something else, but I don't know what it is.

I tried NTFS & Fat32 .The problem still exists.
