FX 8320 slight OC or i5 4460

title pretty much says it all. if I get the intel I wont OC obviously since its locked. If I get the amd I will OC a bit (maybe 3.8Ghz) no, I wont OC over 4.0Ghz because temps in my room are nasty (34-36 deg celsius), and even with a CM Hyper 212X and good airflow in my CM Storm Enforcer, I don't want to gamble. the CPU that I will choose will be paired up with a GTX 770

and also, if I get the fx8320 and OC it a bit, will my seasonic 620w be enough? or should I upgrade PSU too?

you mean 4460? or are you encouraging me to get the 4440 instead? because I heard 4460 is a 4440 with +.1 Ghz. plus 4460 is cheaper than the 4440 (dunno why)

yeah that's what I was originally gonna go for. but then I read all these "future games will be optimized for octa cores" and all that stuff. So I thought maybe the FX8320 would be better in the long run. would you still recommend the 4460?

well if is cheaper than i5 4440 then go for it it only eats 84w, that ugly amd 8320 eats 125w not to mention intel is better
