So yesterday i had a good 1 mb/s when i looked at my downloading speed on steam, I turn my internet off every night to stop myself from gaming. When i woke up i had 120 KB/s and i have no idea what happend to it. Someone plss help :L I deleted everything in my %temp% File but its still running at 120 KB/s
