Youtube videos lag in 1080p

Youtube videos like skyrim or battlefield 4 and other high detail games lag in chrome only in 1080p. I think it shouldn't be of my computer:

Cpu: Athlon II x4 750
Gpu: GTX 670 Windforce 3x
Ram: 8gb

And I have disabled the pepperflash plugin from chrome. In mozilla everything works fine but i don't want to change browsers.

I had updated my GPU drivers and the lag went away for a while but it came back. Other programs like steam skype, but i closed almost everything for a test and the lag wasn't diffirent. Cpu usage % is in mozilla way more less than in chrome but i don't want to change browsers.

Doesn't change a thing. I will try to re install flashplayer and all it's components.
