where do i connect h.d.d light reset switch power switch and power led in the acer dib 75l

hello i have a problem i got a new case a corsair carbide 200r a new grapichcard msi gtx 750 ti and a new power supply. today i received these to upgrade my desktop computer which has an acer dib 75l motherboard and i don't know where to connect hd audio power switch power light and hdd led light and reset switch i need help i don't know were on the motherboard i connect these

This board uses typical INTEL styled pin header for front panel connections and is used on many major OEM boards. Here is the pin assignment:

Pin 1-3 HD LED (Red color in this particular board)
Pin 2-4 Power LED (Green)
Pin 5-7 RESET
Pin 6-8 Power ON/OFF

Note: Pin 10 is empty

i did that and nothing happens when i try to turn it on my PSU is on and plugging into the wall

are you sure you connected everything properly? because if you did and it is not working, there really isnt much else to be done.

i found a wires that says cpu where am i supposed to connect it into i assume it is power for cpu

a wire coming from what? the front panel or the psu? how many pins? describe it

8 pin from PSU that says cpu and it is possible to separate it in 2 so it is 4 pins.

on most motherboards there are 2 connections from the psu that need to be in place.

typically the 24 pin main connector but also another 4 pin. which is what that should be, it should split in 2

i had already put in the 24 pin. i split it in 2 and plugged it in a still nothing happens

yes it is on. i know i haven't plugged in PCi express because my graphic card don't need it

i found a 4 pin thingy on my hard drive is that important to have connect because we can connect something in to it

dude... do you have any idea what you are doing?

you asked for the front panel header layout, i gave it. now it seems you need to be walked through connecting everything inside a computer...
