DDR3 vs DDR5 , in a laptop ??!!

there are two laptop with almost same spec.

but the main difference is the GPU

one laptop is loaded with 4GB GPU "DDR3"

and the other one is loaded with a 2 gb GPU "DDR5"

i want to know will their any improvement in the performance ??
i am a architect student , so i need a laptop which can handle autocad and archicad , and sometime Photoshop

please note i am getting these laptops around the same price ramge

huge difference between ddr3 and ddr5 for graphical purposes. you really dont want ddr3 for the gpu. 4gb of ddr3 for the gpu? sounds more like the system ram being used for gpu ram, which is not good at all.

go with the ddr5
