Going to upgrade my system any time soon. Going with a new GPU and CPU for now.

I want to overclock my CPU, and I want to upgrade later on. I want oppertunities for Crossfire and a board than will do good for next couple years.

Price budget will be around 100 euro.

If you need any more information which I forgot to mention, feel free to ask.

I live in the Netherlands, I prefer Gigabyte/Asus most likely. Isn't Asrock more for budget systems?

They both look really nice, I think I'll go with the Asus though. going for a gold/yellow themed build then I guess. Thanks!

You say in your original post that you want to overclock, yet you have an i5-4670 non-k cpu selected. That cannot be overclocked. Same with the motherboards you are looking at, they are H97 boards, you want Z97.

Should be possible haha, going with this then I think. will a 500W PSU do the job?

Ah okay, will pick one up later on. Will a 500W do the job for the first 2-3 months?

I think that would really be pushing the PSU to its limits. If it is a high quality PSU you might be ok. Scary thing about PSUs, especially cheaper ones, is they tend to take other parts out with them when they die. I'd hate for anything to happen to your new parts.

On the list for finding a PSU I linked above, that PSU is under tier 4.

Quote:
Tier four - Not for overclocking systems or high end gaming rigs. May not even output labeled power and fail standard ATX specifications slightly. May even use cheap components to meet a price.
