Does AMD replacement cpu from RMA come with a fan

As the title, does anyone have such experience with AMD RMA? I recently RMA'ed my 8320 and they have approved the replacement, but I am curious if they will just send a CPU or a retail box containing both CPU and the stock fan?

I have damaged my fan and am wondering if I need to buy a separate fan in advance so that I can use the replacement CPU as soon as it arrives.

This depends on whether or not you bought the retail or OEM version. (Most likely retail, but you should check)

Retail will include a fan.

However, I would definitely consider looking at aftermarket products when it comes to cooling.
Stock fans and coolers can be sub par, causing your components to run hotter than necessary, thus reducing its lifespan.
