Computer stuff:
- Motherboard: no idea, but will update the moment I find that out!
- CPU: AMD Sempron
- Ram: 2GB DDR2 (2x1GB)
- HDD: Seagate 80GB

The computer wasn't like this before. I had it taken to a service and they had changed the box and ... everything to be honest. The only remainig part that has been moved from my old PC was the HDD and nothing more. The problem is that when I try to turn on the PC it stays at high ventilation mode (gives out crazy-high noise at the beggining, when not been on for some time - unplugged cable) and some strange noises come out of the built-in audio. The sound is.. like clicking sound, but not really.

The sound: The sound repeats 7 times with different transition speed. (-) means that it takes a like part of the second and (--) means it takes like 1 second or so:
1--1-1-1-1--1--1
After the sounds the high ventilation does not stop untill I turn it off (Hold power button or unplug cable)

I'm no good at computers (At least the hardware...)

Stuff I've tried so far:
- Cleaning the computer.
- Making sure all cables are plugged in and what so ever.
- Trying with different cables.
- Unplugging uneccesary parts of the computer

None of the above helped :(

UPDATE:
I don't know what I did, I was just cleaning stuff a bit more and now it gives 4 sounds:
1--1--1--1
