My system:

i3 4130 it says max TDP 54w
r7 Asus Radeon R7 260X, 2GB, GDDR5, Direct CU II OC game-debate says 115w
8gb ram 1600mhz cl10
WD Black 1tb 7200rpm ~10w

I know its smaller than 350w but still will be it enough?

Highly not recommended. That case is made out of poor quality materials, as is the PSU. I recommend these two here -
