Hi,I've Sapphire Vapor X R9 270X and while playing for instance 'Sleeping Dogs' it produces a really high noise even-though it's Temperature is 75~77 Celsius and the fan speed is 61%,that's what 'TechPpowerUp' says...is this a problem ?! is there any solution for this ?! please help

Hello!

It's completely fine! The GPU fans are designed to run 99% all the time is required, they won't explode or anything!

I have experience from old graphic cards overheating, thus knowing how the fans behave.
