To preface, I am a noob with this type of thing.
I have an older PC (Intel core 2 CPU) with a Radeon x1300/x1550 series PCI x16 and I bought an NVIDIA GeForce 8400 GS PCI-Express x1 (http://www.gpureview.com/geforce-8400-gs-pci-e-card-529.html) but when I plug it in I get a blank monitor. There is no way to connect a power supply and there is no fan, what am I doing wrong?
