Can't get Google to open my Emails from BT

Hi,
I have got a Smart 32'' (Samsung), but cannot access my Emails from BT. Any help please?

Hi, BT. As in British Telecom. Was able to open Google yesterday (Monday), but no luck whatsoever today.:(

Yes can get other websites, but cannot search. Has been set-up for Wireless which is what my Broadband is set up for. Checked to make sure that I have got internet connection, & I have.
