Almost 100% hardware use windows 8.1

hello i bought extra 4 gb of ram now i have 8 gb and i noticed that my pc is using almost 100% hardware 90-95% maybe its because i unpluged from power and added ranm so after surttent time it will sue normal % or no? i have windows 8.1 64 bit
