Ok here's the deal, I have 3 monitors one is 16:9 running at 1920x1080 and the 2 others are 5:4 at 1280x1024(identical monitors same model and everything), I know different ratios, black bars, lowest common denominator resolution and everything. But the problem is connecting them all to the graphics card.
I have an ASUS GTX 760 Direct CU II with one DVI-D one DVI-A (both dual link) one HDMI and one display port.
I connected the 1080p monitor through HDMI, I connected the first 5:4 monitor through a cable which is VGA on one end and DVI-A on another.
The problem is the third monitor. Now the 5:4 monitors have only a VGA connection, no DVI no HDMI no nothing. Now I connected the 3rd monitor to the mobo (ASUS P8-Z77V-LK) through VGA to VGA,but ofcourse all 3 monitors must be connected to the graphics card for this to work.

So my question is very simple, please outline the cable components and adapters I need to hook up the third monitor.
Example: VGA to DVI-A cable connected to female DVI-I (thats how my 1st 5:4 monitor is actually connected to the card)
In other words I just need the name of the cables and their connection types and also the adapters required. Starting from the monitor and ending in the GPU. And make sure to specify what types of DVI. Such as DVI-A or DVI-D or DVI-I. So just tell me what are my options to having a succesful connection between my 3rd monitor and the GPU.

Sorry for being repetitive in getting my request across.

first, none can use VGA or be converted to VGA for surround to work, all must use true digital connection (which is any except VGA). other than that u can use any other connection or combo's of connections on 700 series cards.
for the 3 u can use dvi, dvi to hdmi, hdmi, display port, display port to dvi, display port to hdmi, and any combo of the above.
I currently have 2 dvi to hdmi converters, and the hdmi port connected to 3 monitors with hdmi ports, but note: if u wana run above 60hz, you must not use hdmi, hdmi limits refresh to 60hz.
but I can tell ya this, monitors must be identical! I had 3 that were all same resolution and it would not work, I had to buy 3 identical monitors.

so if any of ur monitors don't have a true digital input, surround is impossible. VGA is un usable for surround
