Due to my Desktop motherboard and cpu packing up, i was wondering what new motherboard and cpu would be good, not too worried about price more worried about performance. Ive heard that the 8*** amd dx processors are good but i wanted to know a more detailed information.

With this my upload speed is just above 1mps so yeah i was wondering what would be good.

My old system could handle streaming but i couldnt play games a 1080p which i what i want to do and i think my old cpu was bottlenecking the over all performace.

Also the other question i wanted to ask was the gpu i have is a 7870 Amd asus 2gb. Would it be better if they was used in crossfire mode. Ive never done that before so that my question and ill be greatfull so any information! thanks guys!

Solution
I think the biggest issues youre going to have is the 1mb upload rate. Most gamers streaming at 1080p need atleast 5mb upload to get an unlaggy stream. When it comes to gaming and mulittasking performance the I7's beat out the AMD fx processors easily, their not even in the same league. If money is no issue get a i7 4770k and call it a day

Solution
Like firo said, streaming at 1080p would need 5Mbps upload. If you're tight on money, the 8320, cooler, and 990fx motherboard would be a good choice and overclock the 8320 to fx8350 speeds. Otherwise go with an i7, like firo said.
